What are your terms of sale?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express charge cards. Otherwise, cash with order.

What is your minimum order amount?

Minimum order is $30.00

Office hours are 9:00–5:00 Eastern Standard Time.

Where is your store?

We do not have a store. We sell only wholesale by mail, fax or telephone from our catalog, or through our website.

Do you accept orders by fax?

Yes, using the order form from the Mountain Farms printed catalog, you can fax your order 24 hours a day to (800) 393-3646. You can also download the Mountain Farms order form as a PDF.

How do you handle back orders?

If we expect to receive an item within several days we generally hold your order. If we expect a longer delay, we will ship your order and back order the remaining items.

What is your returned check policy?

There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks plus legal fees where applicable.

How do I return items?

To return merchandise for credit, call for a return authorization number. This number must be on the parcel for credit to be issued. No credits are given without this number. There is a 20% restocking charge. Returns and orders cancelled after shipment are subject to round trip shipping charges. We issue call tags only for incorrect shipments or damaged products. The customer is responsible for all other returns.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Our prices are wholesale prices and include quantity discount information. If interested in larger quantities, please call for a quote.

How long will it take to receive an order?

Orders placed by noon are normally shipped the same day. We can ship UPS Next Day or Two Day service, billed at cost.

How are items shipped?

We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice. Generally, it is UPS. If a rush delivery is desired, extra charges will be billed at cost.

Do you ship outside the continental USA?

No, sorry—we no longer ship outside the USA, and we no longer ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

What are your Conditions of Sale?

All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. If damage occurs in transit, make a claim with UPS immediately. Prices are effective immediately and are subject to change without notice.
